Trust & Safety

FreightLinkFlow is a neutral technology platform. We do not arrange transportation, negotiate rates or act as a motor carrier or freight broker. What we do own is the integrity of the marketplace: who can post, what gets published, and how abuse is handled.

Accounts and roles

Every account is created with an explicit role: carrier, licensed freight broker or shipper. Posting a load requires a broker or shipper account; browsing and expressing interest is available to carriers.

Profiles include company details and self-declared MC/DOT numbers. Passwords are checked against known breach databases at signup, and access to your own data is enforced at database level.

Listing integrity

Listings must correspond to real, currently available loads. Demonstration data is excluded from public search results.

Expired listings drop out of search automatically, and every listing keeps a traceable link to the account that published it. Misleading or duplicated listings are removed and repeat offenders lose posting access.

Your due diligence stays yours

An MC or DOT number shown on the platform is self-declared and is not an official verification by FreightLinkFlow.

Before tendering or accepting a load, verify FMCSA operating authority and safety rating, insurance certificates (liability and cargo), specific permits and the counterparty's payment history. Never release freight or advance money on the basis of a listing alone.

Fraud and abuse reporting

Common red flags: pressure to move immediately, a rate far above market, a request to change payment details at the last minute, a contact email that does not match the company domain, or a refusal to provide insurance documents.

Report it to support@freightlinkflow.com. Safety and fraud reports are reviewed within 24 hours and can lead to listing removal, account suspension or a permanent ban.

Data protection

Traffic is encrypted in transit, authentication is handled by a managed identity provider, and access rules ensure a user can only read the data their role allows.

Payments are processed by our payment provider — card details never reach our servers. For a data access or deletion request, contact privacy@freightlinkflow.com.

What we do not do

We never assign a carrier to a load automatically, never confirm a booking on your behalf, and never guarantee coverage, capacity or payment.

Expressions of interest sent through the platform are non-binding: the commercial agreement is concluded directly between the two parties.

How to report a problem

  1. Email support@freightlinkflow.com with the load reference, the company name and any message or document received.
  2. We acknowledge safety and fraud reports within 24 hours and tell you the outcome of the review.
  3. If you have suffered financial loss or a criminal act, also file a report with the appropriate authorities — the platform cannot act as an enforcement body.

Reporting takes two minutes and protects the whole network. If in doubt about a listing or a counterparty, contact us before you move the freight.
