Terms of Use

1. Nature of the service

FreightLinkFlow is a neutral technology platform that connects users. It allows carriers, brokers and shippers to post load listings, search them and get in touch.

FreightLinkFlow is not a motor carrier, not a freight broker and not a freight forwarder. FreightLinkFlow does not select the carrier, does not negotiate the rate, never takes possession of the freight and is not a party to the transportation contract.

2. Relationships between users

Users contract directly with each other. Any transportation agreement, rate, payment term, deadline, dispute or claim is solely a matter between the parties involved.

FreightLinkFlow makes no guarantee that a load will be covered, that a carrier will be available, that payment will occur, or of any commercial outcome.

3. Verifications are the users' responsibility

Entering an MC or DOT number in a profile does not constitute an official verification by FreightLinkFlow.

Before tendering or accepting a load, each user remains solely responsible for its own due diligence: FMCSA status and operating authority, MC/DOT numbers, insurance (liability, cargo), specific permits, safety, regulatory compliance and the counterparty's creditworthiness.

4. Accounts and accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out from your account.

Listings must correspond to real and current loads. Misleading listings may be removed and the account suspended.

5. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: fraudulent use, mass automated data extraction, unauthorized resale of content, circumventing security measures, harassment of other users, and any use contrary to applicable law.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are offered through a paid subscription. The applicable pricing terms are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Billing and renewal are handled by our payment provider.

7. Availability and evolution of the service

FreightLinkFlow is a platform in its launch phase and evolves regularly. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FreightLinkFlow cannot be held liable for damages related to the performance or non-performance of a transport, loss of or damage to freight, unpaid invoices, or indirect losses resulting from use of the platform.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. FreightLinkFlow may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
